" INSIDE SPACE This A-frame style cabin boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and almost 3,000 square feet of living space for up to 10 guests to enjoy comfortably (up to 12 guests max upon request). The mountain views can be seen from the expansive windows whether you’re tucked away in the loft enjoying a good book, dining with friends and family by the wood-burning stove, or playing board games in the main living room. KITCHEN+DINING A dedicated coffee + tea bar will delight enthusiasts each morning and includes a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, and French press coffee maker. New Stainless Steel appliances are provided as well as smaller appliances like a blender, waffle maker, and 4-slice toaster! A wooden dining table sits next to the wood burning stove and provides seating for 6 with space to add 2 additional chairs. BEDROOMS There are a total of 3 bedrooms within the cabin. 2 bedrooms are located on the main level, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 full size beds. The private master bedroom suite is on the top floor and contains a king size bed as well as a crib for infants located in the closet. Each bedroom has full size closets and hangers for clothing storage. Bedrooms all have new euro-plush hybrid mattresses, Parachute luxury bed linens, and Parachute duvet comforters. BATHROOMS There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. The master bedroom on the top floor contains an ensuite bathroom, while one full bathroom is located just across the hallway and easily accessible for the guests staying on the main level. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more. BONUS ROOMS Dedicated workspaces in Master Suite and in Loft. Entertainment level includes a wet bar, pool table, dart board, board games, arcade games, and theater space with 75” Smart TV. FAMILY FRIENDLY Kid-Friendly amenities include activity closet, kid friendly books and board games, life size Connect 4, PS4 video game console, retro arcade games, kid size plates and cups, a play pen, a crib, and a high chair. Additional backyard amenities include a hot tub facing Slate Mountain and a tree swing on the largest oak tree. Over 1 acre of oak trees, ponderosa pine trees, cedar pine trees, and a private vegetable garden are yours to explore.

-No Cell Service in this area, so please download offline maps before traveling to the cabin. Wi-Fi calling can be enabled once you arrive. -The cabin is located 2 hours from Sequoia National Park, but being located in Sequoia National Forest there are lots of similar attractions and activities that are much closer and less crowded! -Being in a rural area it is typical to come across wildlife such as deer, squirrels, birds, insects, ants, bees, etc. Please do not feed wildlife and do not leave food or trash outside. -No outdoor fires and no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. -The wet bar has a soda machine that is for decor only and is not for guest use. -Our neighbors do have dogs and they do wander on the property from time to time. They are friendly!

The small and friendly mountain community of Pierpont Springs sits at about 4600’ Elevation and is known for some of the best tasting water from a nearby natural mountain spring. It also provides for fantastic views of Slate Mountain. While we are located about 2 hours from the Sequoia National Park entrance, we are actually situated within Sequoia National Forest and there are plenty of local attractions just minutes away including: ~ 1 min to Pierpoint Bar & Grill and General Store ~5 mins to Belknap Sequoia Grove ~8 mins to Nelson Trail ~8 mins to the local Bear Cave ~17 mins to Tule River Pools & The Steps ~20 mins to Tule River Swimming Hole (Lower Coffee Camp) ~25 mins to Stagg Tree in Sequoia Crest ~30 mins to Done Rock and Needles Point ~45 mins to Trail of 100 Giants Other nearby Attractions: River Island Country Club Lake Success Nobe Young Falls Natural Rock Water Slide Please check road and weather conditions prior to your stay and allow more drive time to destinations if conditions are not ideal.

This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. Guests staying at this modern mountain A-frame home have exclusive access to numerous amenities. Take time to enjoy the gorgeous views from the private viewing deck and use your own personal hot tub at your leisure. There are multiple HDTVs in the home, along with an entertainment system powered by Roku. You are welcome to use the laundry area, as well as the workspace. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking.
